About Us

The HR Leadership Forum, an approved HRCI AND SHRM provider, is a collaborative learning community of senior HR leaders committed to building successful, healthy and sustainable organizations through participation in monthly workshops that focus on providing information on leading edge trends and strategies.

HRLF members know that their organizations’ success is increasingly dependent upon the management of talent, knowledge and diversity. These individuals are often so immersed in the business affairs of their organizations that they have little time available to ensure their own continued professional growth.

Membership in HRLF provides that opportunity. Members learn from subject matter experts through formal programs and network with other senior-level colleagues in different organizations working on the same talent management and organization issues. Thus, HRLF members stay current with human resource trends and developments and can apply what has been learned in their own workplaces.

To foster a vibrant community that connects senior level HR leaders through both online and in-person events, to facilitate networking, career development, and the exchange of best practices, empowering our members to excel in their careers and make impactful contributions to their organizations.
