James is a proud husband and father of four amazing children, along with the family’s energetic golden doodle who keeps everyone entertained. He lives on Kent Island on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, where he enjoys the close-knit community and the coastal lifestyle.

With over a decade of experience in the Payroll and Human Resources industry, James has developed a strong passion for building lasting relationships with clients. He focuses on delivering the best Human Capital Management (HCM) technology solutions while ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. James takes pride in helping organizations streamline their processes, enhance efficiency, and better support their employees.

Outside of his professional life, James prioritizes family time and enjoys spending as many days as possible at the beach. He is an avid sports fan, cheering especially hard for the Washington Capitals, and has fully embraced the pickleball craze—admittedly playing a little more than he should. Whether it’s at the beach, on the pickleball court, or in the stands, James values the energy and connection that come from shared experiences.
