Tracy Ferry is the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Innovation lead for Deloitte. She is currently leading talent acquisition strategy and execution for experienced hire (active and passive) talent delivery channels across the US and India. She is a tenured advisor in the field of talent acquisition with over twenty years of full life cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies & execution, business development, small and large team management, coaching/mentoring, contingent workforce solutions, P&L and operations management in commercial and federal environments.
