When you see your environment through fresh eyes, suddenly what had been assumed as entrenched can offer opportunities for renewed engagement, alignment and creativity. The Music Paradigm illuminates how musicians resolve issues and lift their collective performance in ways that readily translate far outside symphony hall. Through a behind-the-scenes review of recorded performances and a real-time, live demonstration, you will gain insights into the unique connection between a conductor and professional musicians.
