Rick has over 25 years working in senior management positions in the field of international development and humanitarian response.  He currently serves as the Managing Director of The KonTerra Group. KonTerra’s mission is to help organizations, their teams, and their people leverage strengths to build resilience and thrive in the midst of challenges. KonTerra supports organizations working in the US and internationally.
