As the Director of Human Resources, Global Digital Products at Marriott International, Amy provides HR leadership and support for human resource functions, including workforce planning, total compensation, talent development, diversity & inclusion, and employee engagement.
With over 18 years of experience, Amy has led all human resource teams in various industries, including communications, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and government contracting.
Amy is active in the HR community and served on the Dulles Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Chapter Board of Directors for over eight years, including as President in 2017, and is currently serving on the HR Leadership Forum Board of Directors. Additionally, Amy holds a Master’s degree and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She enjoys spending time with family, walking the trails around her hometown of Reston, and traveling to pursue new culinary experiences in her free time.
