This sessions offers practical tips in identifying the right talent assessment tools that allows you to drive organizational performance and use follow-on training to engage with those who receive their assessment in a positive and constructive way.


Don’t just assess and leave your team members without guidance – use existing tools that will allow you to build capacity in alignment with identified areas of need.
