Quantifying the return on human resource investments has been an elusive metric – until now. During this discussion led by Linda Brenner, co-author of Talent Valuation, participants will learn how to measure and improve talent quality.
They will become familiar with a new, proprietary and robust framework for identifying the talent that drives the most value in a company, and in turn, the roadmap to prioritizing and measuring the return on HR investments.
Built on an extensive analysis of Fortune 500 companies, Brenner will illustrate how the Intellectual Capital Index (ICI) helps organizations rigorously identify specific areas of intellectual capital that drive the most value in the company and refocus HR accordingly.
