Stephen Sheehy, Founder & Principal at Keys to the Future

Stephen Sheehy is the Founder and Principal of Keys to the Future, a coaching and consulting company helping leaders and organizations unlock their full potential. Before launching his business, Stephen completed a successful twenty-five year career in Human Resources. During his career, he held key leadership roles in a diverse group of companies including Day & Zimmermann, Exelon Corp., AstraZeneca, CIGNA and Comcast. As an HR executive, Stephen effectively leveraged influencing to secure the support and funding necessary for numerous HR initiatives. He understands the challenges and tensions HR leaders face and offers a practical and experience based approach for improving influencing efforts.

Stephen believes that strong leadership is key to any organization’s ongoing success. His passion is helping motivated leaders, who want to make a difference, strengthen their capacity to contribute.
