· Diagnose conflict to assure that the right issues are being addressed
· Recognize your conflict style and understand why it’s important
· Determine who owns a particular conflict and the best approach for helping others resolve and solve their problems.
· Identify how to create options to resolve conflict
Speakers:
Barbara Mitchell and Cornelia Gamlem formed a writing partnership in 2011 when they wrote The Big Book of HR. It continues with The Essential Workplace Conflict Handbook and weekly blog, Making People Matter. They are recognized experts and influencers in the HR and business communities where they frequently speak. They are currently working on two more books. Both Barbara and Cornelia are influencers to the HR and business communities. Both have their own management consulting practices. Since writing The Big Book of HR, they have been interviewed in major markets around the country regarding HR and business issues and been quoted in major publications.
