Join us on October 22, 2024 for a half-day seminar to learn practical strategies on mediating conflict in the workplace. Conflict arises when individuals clash over values, motivations, perceptions, ideas, or desires, affecting the dynamics within their respective groups or teams.

Conflict is often rooted in assumptions, misunderstandings, and inadequate communication and often unveil deeply ingrained unmet personal needs at their core. When teams are in conflict, it can have a negative impact on productivity and morale, hurting your organization’s mission and culture. Conflicts are frequently mishandled by leaders who lack the necessary mediation skills.

In this workshop, Freddi Donner and Kim Grabovsky will present strategies and share recorded sessions/case studies for effectively mediating conflicts. They will delve into the underlying causes of conflict and provide strategies to foster a healthy dialogue, mutual understanding and appreciation for diverse perspectives.

Participants will roleplay through various workplace scenarios and can expect to gain practical frameworks to apply in both professional and personal settings. Additionally, Freddi and Kim will offer complimentary 15-minute consultations to further discuss individual situations following the session.

This is how Kim regards her clients. She sees the greatness that lies within them and helps them chip away at limiting beliefs and behaviors. This sets them free to embrace their powerful essence that was lying dormant beneath their self-imposed restrictions.  Kim’s approach is balanced by an established process through which she uncovers what’s important for her clients, and then helps them tap into their own natural strengths and values to reach their goals and stay on track. She does this in a gentle and compassionate way through deep listening, creating awareness, and asking powerful questions.
