Celia de la Torre sees the value in people, which is why she enjoys her job so much! It is her belief that people are the most important asset to any organization. Over the last 15 plus years, Celia has specialized in helping organizations move forward by providing human resource strategy development and tactical execution.

Celia provides support through her expertise in human resource and compensation management.  Her wide range of experience allows her to help clients see how the human resource function fits within the organization. Some of her areas of focus include human resource department assessments, recruiting and selection, employee handbook and policy development and compensation analysis.

She provides practical advice on how to create a human resource function to support the mission and vision of an organization.
