Jennifer Reed has been a cornerstone of Reed Charters since its founding in 2015, supporting the small business as it grew from its early stages into a well-established operation. In her current role as President, Jennifer is responsible for leading and empowering the team, ensuring organizational security, establishing and maintaining internal policies, and overseeing all training initiatives. Her steady leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in driving Reed Charters’ continued success.

In 2023, Jennifer officially joined Reed Charters as part of a corporate reorganization, bringing with her an extensive background in leadership and operations. She proudly served in the United States Navy for 26 years, where she honed her skills in organizational management, team building, and strategic planning. Following her distinguished military career, Jennifer transitioned into the private sector as the Chief Administrative Officer for a mid-market technology and advisory services firm. There, she was responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, developing corporate policies, and supporting growth initiatives across the organization.

With decades of leadership experience across both military and corporate environments, Jennifer brings unmatched expertise and a mission-driven approach to Reed Charters. She is passionate about creating a strong organizational culture rooted in integrity, accountability, and teamwork—values that align with the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service to its clients.
